My background: Research, Innovation and Coaching

As a Researcher in Neuroscience, I studied the evolution of intelligence and was trained in Neuropsychology. Then I created a scientific advisory activity with pharmaceutical laboratories to help them in the development of their R&D.

I have contributed to the creation of international clinical trial designs, trained investigators and been involved in the coordination of expert boards, in particular to treat Alzheimer's disease.

Passionate about collective intelligence and innovation, I have contributed to a range of organisational transformation programs. I helped to create ecosystems with the aim of establishing a culture of innovation -promoting creativity, prototyping, agility, the right to make mistakes and technical excellence. I have also led strategic committees to create new business models.

In addition, I have complemented this experience with coaching and supervision at HEC Paris, where I have been involved for many years in training programs for coaches.

Today, I support leaders and their teams in clarifying their strategic vision and making it happen successfully throughout the organisation.
